Nate joined the team in May of 2021 coming from St. Paul, MN. He's been in the jewelry industry for over 20 years and has managed two custom design jewelry boutiques over his career. In 2010 he earned his J.B.M. (jewelry business management) diploma from the Gemological Institute of America and has been dedicated to professional development through seminars and networking at jewelry conferences over the years. He's presented educational seminars to large groups of jewelers The experience he's gained from cutting and polishing gems has evolved the style of his designs by integrating a carved gemstone seamlessly with the metalwork. His passion for gems and jewelry design is evident anytime you get him talking. In his spare time he enjoys triathlons, snowboarding, playing the saxophone, and gardening. His travels have brought him through Kathmandu, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, and many other inspirational places that color his design aesthetic. Fun fact, his great great grandfather, James Gammell, was one of the first settlers in the Yellowstone region and joined Jim Bridger on many adventures in the area around Bozeman.
