Return, Refund, & Policy Information

The Gem Gallery wishes to satisfy all customers. Unless otherwise specified below, a purchase may be refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales receipt. Store credit may be permitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee and/or a resizing fee. The item(s) must be unused and unworn, in original condition and in the original gift box(es) with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Gift cards, gift certificates and reward card balances are not redeemable for cash.

The Gem Gallery and gemgallery.com provides you with two methods of returning an item:

A Gem Gallery associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
