WARRANTY FOR NEW PURCHASES
Gem Gallery warranties against defects in workmanship and materials. Unless otherwise specified above, warranties are as follows:
- 1 year warranty on any store purchases
- 1 year warranty on repairs
1 Year warranty includes gemstone loss due to metal failure, broken solder joints or damage not caused by normal wear as determined by Gem Gallery. Warranty excludes excessive damage due to misuse. All gemstones can chip, crack, break or be lost due to wear, including diamonds; because of this, Gem Gallery cannot warranty against any damage or loss of gemstones unless metal failure is the cause and the jewelry is less than 1 year old.
TERMINATION
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate your license to this site and prevent your future use and access of this site.
SEVERABILITY
If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
