Philip

A native of Bozeman, Montana, Philip earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing from Montana State University and further honed his skills in stone-setting under Master Goldsmith Blaine Lewis at the New Approach School for Jewelers in Virginia. Since joining The Gem Gallery in 2006, Philip has specialized in creating one-of-a-kind pieces that are not only custom-designed but also meticulously hand-built. His expertise shines in hand-fabricated pieces, intricate stone settings, and multi-metal inlays. Philip approaches his work with a smile, relishing the creative freedom to create beautiful and unique jewelry every day.

Philip enjoys the entire process, from the initial meeting with clients or our in-house designers, to sketches and technical drafts, to the delivery of the final piece. His dedication to fine craftsmanship has been appreciated for years by our team and clientele alike, and Philip continues to be a cornerstone of Gem Gallery’s vibrant community.
