By enrolling in our VIP Rewards Club, you agree to the terms and conditions of this program.
Rewards cannot be earned on repair services, custom work, or discounted jewelry unless otherwise noted. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Points do not expire. Points can be redeemed in store or online. Rewards credits are earned on fully-paid merchandise purchases only. Layaway and special orders will earn reward credit when paid in full. Shipping and tax are not included in rewards earned from purchases. No adjustments on prior purchases. For returns, any rewards used will be refunded as store credit. Rewards on returned merchandise will be removed from your account. The Gem Gallery reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem rewards that have already been issued.
